Testimonials

"Kerri is the one that I worked with most often. She's absolutely amazing. I was really impressed by the level of support that she gave and like latitude, you know, to make this doable for what we felt we needed to. When I got pretty overwhelmed (...) she just emotionally even gave me like, here's, here's what you can do, but gave me some ideas, some suggestions to go forward. And that was valuable. Or I think I would have been stuck at that point."

"So there was a lot of positive interaction and it made me want to work with her more (...) it's just that gained my trust. And then I felt like she understood the position I was in and she was able to move me forward to the next step as a result."

"She did a lot of questioning, though, too, like in a very positive way, in the sense of, you know, is this the part that's puzzling? Is this the part that meets the DCI? And so her coaching was true coaching in the sense that she was asking questions where I would have to reflect and then answer that myself versus just, you know, here's here's what it is. So it was helping me through the process. And I think how she framed some of those questions are some ways that I probably will mirror when I'm working with my own department. So that part stuck with me."
